Ep. 24: Economic Illiteracy

It’s far too common nowadays to hear about the gender pay gap.  We hear time and again that when a hurricane ravishes a city, everything will be OK because the jobs created by the recovery effort will lift the community out of poverty.  And we’re berated on an almost daily basis about how healthcare is a human right and that we’ll all be better off when the State just takes over completely.  These are just a few of the common myths that definitively prove how economically illiterate our society has become.

In this week’s episode, I’ll tackle some recent examples of economic illiteracy in current events, and provide sound, logical analysis of where the general consensus has gone horribly awry.  Tune in, you don’t want to miss a minute of this one.
